A member of the Union Station Shoe Shine team will contact you to confirm the shoes, the price, the service area and the pickup window. Nothing is collected until we have spoken.

1. We review your request. Usually within business hours the same day.
2. We text or call to confirm. Service, price range and a pickup window that works for you.
3. Have them ready. Once your pickup is confirmed, place the pairs in a labelled bag.
